A short one on the night shift
Jazakillah khairan. That reminds me of short peom I wrote years back.
Time, the scale to quantify life.
Time, is what we share in common.
Time, the wealth for all.
"When it's time" a common phrase we say.
But i ask, why asking for more when you can't manage the one you have.
I wonder why everything depends on time.
Those who died complain "if we can have more time"
Those alive seek for more time.
Ahhh!! Such a greedy nature of mankind!!
Until you appreciate the one you have "time".
HE, promise not to give you more.
This is amazing. I can resonates with the constricting and expanding of time by Allah. It's so funny that when we ask each other for the time, we say the same thing but experience different length. Allahu Akbar. Thank you for sharing.
